The latest salvo in our Aromatic Hop Series visits the wonderful Nelson Sauvin Hop Varietal. Known for it's Sauvignon Blanc Wine like notes, this light bodied IPA is bitter, yet still has a sweet wine like sweetness.

My first sample of an Adroit Theory brew, and it was not good. This claims to be an IPA, but it doesn't taste like one at all. It was mostly funky and skunky. Maybe spoiled? Drain pour.
