Fresh Raspberry, Slight Saltiness, Tart, Clean Finish.
The Illusion of Safety? ...Or should we say the mirage that is our existence? Day in and day out, never deviating from the numbing routine of eat | work | sleep | repeat. Living in complete delusion that material possessions matter. That money, power, and status denote our individual worth. Battling the constant gravitation toward the inevitable; our empty luggage of a carcass - void of meaning, strewn across a deserted highway. The shell we once knew, now a home for the carrion birds.

Huge raspberry jam aroma and flavor. Magenta in color with a large white head. The fruit, tart, and salt really go well together. There might be a touch of acetone in the finish.

The beer has a nice bubbly white head with a tinge of red to it. The beer itself is a raspberry red whose texture resembles liquid jam but retains enough texture to be pretty good to look at.
The smell is good with a strong sugary raspberry jam and a light tartness. There doesn't seem to be a salty note.
The taste is a step up with a more complex and available notes. The raspberry is there along the tartness and a slight salt that works well with the tart. It's definitely delicious.
The feel is good. It has a light body but some heft and a bit heavier than you would expect.
Fantastic. Definitely a must have.

If you're going to do a raspberry gose, this is the way to do it. 100%, straight-up, unabashed raspberry color, aroma, and fresh-picked raspberry flavor with refreshing tartness. Delicious.

L - Beet red. Just like raspberry juice!
S - Raspberry and the typical malted wheat smell of gose
T - Slight saltiness that balances out the raspberry sourness
F - Amazing thirst quencher on a hot day. Very full of flavor, they did not not skimp.
I used to not be a fan of Adroit originally but their gose game is on point!!
