Deep dark tan head and non-existent lacing with minimal head. Balanced quite well with the Serrano chilis, vanilla beans, bourbon infused maple syrup and the smoke. Chilis are present and add a great depth but do not overpower. Bourbon is subtle and the smoke hits hard at first and then takes its place to provide, once again, a great balance. Finish is clean, slightly warming and leaves you yearning for more. Complexity is decent
