L: Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a half inch of creamy, tan-colored, somewhat long-lasting head. Good lacing.
S: An enticing aroma of cherries, malt, bourbon, coffee, and nuts.
T: Tasted of a good shot of espresso (very noticeable up front), a bit of malt, a lot of cherries, some bourbon (and its barrel), light vanilla, some macadamia nuts, and a tinge of chocolate. Quite the robust flavor with this one. The cherries and bourbon make for an interesting combo. Forceful and tasty.
F: An overcarbonated beer (it exploded the moment I opened the bottle) with a smooth, creamy finish. Medium- to full-bodied.
O: An incredibly enjoyable and easy to like stout. Drinkable.
