Really Dark, not much in the way of head or lace
Smells of tobacco, oak, chocolate, spice
Weird, a bit of heat from the serrano, but overall, lots of barrel character, too much even. Boozy
Full, but astringent from all the tannins. Could stand a bit more carbonation
Had to try it. Really cool bottle. Would turn it down if offered again
