I have to admit, these guys scratch my itch in an almost inexplicable way. This is one of my very faves. For me, this one is perfection. Unique color, a bursting aroma, a taste that puts a much needed edginess to the hazy style, hold good swig in your mouth. It's transcendent. I hope to come across this again. Being in Oregon makes my opportunities pretty much limited to what Tavour offers me! Unless someone knows different(hint-hint!).

L: Poured from a bottle to a tulip glass. Had an orange-yellow color and a cloudy consistency. There was a 3/4", foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Not a whole lot of lacing, though.
S: A very enticing aroma of hops, pine, citrus, tropical fruit, and malt.
T: Tasted of a mild amount of malt (barely noticeable), lots of tropical fruit (mango, passion fruit), a moderate amount of hops (less than expected), light citrus (orange), and a hint of pine. A extremely well-balanced and sweet flavor. It's not overly hoppy and bitter, so the fruit elements take over. Light and tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a sharp, yet smooth, finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This is an incredibly enjoyable DIPA. Adroit Theory has a gift for this style. Drinkable.
