The pour looked good. And I can get beyond the ugly death and gore aesthetic that certain breweries seem to think makes a can look appealing, as long as the aroma and taste of the contents don't resemble the appearance of the label.
Unfortunately this was not the case, it smelled and tasted overwhelmingly of cat piss, and down the drain it went.
I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt that I may have gotten a bad can, but it's only fair to rate what I actually experienced.

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a bright yellow color and a hazy / cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Above average lacing.

S: A pretty good aroma of hops, citrus fruit, melon, grain, malt, and tropical fruit.

T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (mostly in the finish, but more than expected), a weird grainy quality (not off-putting, just strange), a moderate amount of hops (not overdone, though), a bit of tropical fruit (passion fruit), light melon notes, and some citrus fruit (orange, in particular). A light and sweet flavor. Pretty tasty.

F: A well-carbonated beer with a slightly syrupy finish. Light- to medium-bodied.

O: In general, a likable, well made beer. Worth a look.
