Poured from the can into a stange glass.
Slightly hazed with an a pale amber colored body and some light carbonation. Head is a bit overkill for a Kolsch billowing giant large out of the can and into the glass. Does manage to settle with light lacing and off white color presented.
Quite an impressive nose. Doughy malts and light touches of spice. Mild sensing herbal hop as well with the spicy malt note, and an interesting fruity angle that seems from an ester almost. Quite nice aroma indeed.
Delicious palate. Tinged honey like malts on the front, with just a light sweetness giving to excellent bakery white bread dough, and a fruity almost melon like flavor. Finishes with a little bit of grass herbs to cut down some of the sweetness for contrast. Hits a little milky in texture strangely, but in a pleasurable way.
This is a real solid kolsch, and with a unique fruity quality that still makes it unique but doesn't go that far outside the boundaries of the style.

16 oz can, ordered in Sep 2021, poured into a nucleated teku at ~40 degress F.
L: Pours a mostly-clear burnished straw gold, and forms a couple fingers of fluffy white head with decent retention.
S: Ripe grains, and a melange of light-colored fruits.
T: Opens with doughy biscuit and cracker, with a herbaceous dry overlay. Notes of white grape (vaguely pinot grigio) and honeysuckle skitter through the backdrop. As it warms, more of a soft floral character emerges, with a faint citrus note tinging the white grapes.
F: Hovering somewhere in the grey space between medium and light, with not terribly much carbonation prickliness.
O: A delightful koelsch type beer.

Look: Clear medium yellow with a billowing white head that pillows up nicely and slowly settles, leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Floral hops, wafts of citrus, straw, honey-kissed crackers, and some fruity esters
Taste: Fruit and flowers crash the scene with lemon, lime, honeysuckle, gardenia, and true jasmine-like notes all intertwined before awesome raw honey and cracker-like malt join the fun. Straw, flowers, and more fruity esters finish things out nicely
Mouthfeel: Full but light feeling, very clean throughout, slightly crisp initially and in the middle before finishing quite soft
Overall: I dig it. This is tasty stuff and my first beer from these folks, so they’ve made a good first impression with me. I’m a huge sucker for Kolsch ales and this one is unique in that it has a lot more fruit aspects when compared to floral aspects than many I’ve tried and also a much larger presence of honey-like sweetness – both of which work well. Good stuff and recommended for Kolsch-heads as a fruitier take on it

Canned 10/08/20
Pours a giant over carbonated foamy creamy dense 3 finger head that fades slowly, very clear med golden tan color, a touch of lacing
Nose is decent, grainy malt, a bit of a sweet blond malt, a hint of fruity notes and light floral hops, otherwise clean
Taste more grainy malts, mild sweetness with fair blond malt flavors, a touch of cereal and cracker, light floral herbal hops, very light bitterness up front, finishes with med to lighter bitterness a bit more herbal hop
Mouth is med to lighter bod, soft, higher foamy carb
overall pretty good for Kolsch, clean with a nice malt and hop, a touch fruity which might be OK, carbonation is a bit high though

Dunno if its retired but a few cans showed up in Salem Oregon, dated 10/08/2020
16 oz. single purchased from Lifesource Natural Grocers in Salem OR
$3.79
Pours an attractive clear gold colour with a lovely creamy white head.
Subdued and mellow aromas..mainly of light malts..with a bit of grassy hop..very slight but OK.
Taste is the same as the aroma, slightly toasty bread and a slight hop in the end.
I like the mouth feel its very well carbonated and moves with no effort over the tongue.
A nice drinkable lighter beer.

16 ounce can poured into a narrow mug.
This wasn't bad.
Decent flavor, light and crisp while remaining smooth underneath. I did however have a problem with astringency.
It was just enough to dull my taste buds which obviously took away from the experience and lowered my Taste, Feel and Overall ratings.

Fairly nice beer from a solid brewery. Canned date 10/31/19. Pours a clear golden color with minimal head and really no lasting lacing. Smells faintly of some hops, malt, caramel, grain and corn. Taste follows the nose, decent balance and flavors but not a whole lot of complexity. A little too sweet. Mild thin mouthfeel and just a little carbonation that lasted a while. Not bad at all.

Nicer appearance; head is thick and longer lasting. Warmer, grainier smell. The taste rates about the same yet has a grainier tone to it. Mouthfeel also seems better; warmer.
-------------------
Pale, straw yellow body; lively, coarse carbonation; head is thin yet dense and creamy. Herbal and grassy aroma. Mild cereal grain base flavor; gentle hop bitterness; mineral-like. Light bodied; crisp; gently dry with just a twinge of sweetness on the palate.
A fine and refreshing light ale, bringing some subtle balance and nuanced taste to the table.
Canned on 08/08/19. The first time I've seen a cigar pairing recommendation listed: Bolivar Tesora, ER 2016 STE Avenida
