A: Pale yellow and hazy in color with a white head.
S: Big time pineapple, orange peel, and tropical fruit.
T: Tropical fruit, orange zest, some grapefruit, and something a little harsh up front that I can't quite figure out.
M: Medium light in color, with very assertive carbonation, and a somewhat dry finish.
O: Overall I think the mouthfeel is a little off style for me, and as far as flavor goes I think this does not match up to this brewery's usually superb brews. This one felt a little lackluster

Appearance: Rolled can prior to popping. Poured a deep golden straw color resembling over-ripped pineapple nectar. Any head and lacing were very short lived but a very nice hazy looking drink.
Smell: Unbelievable! Very aromatic showcasing pineapple and candied orange peel upfront, followed by grassy and floral hops. Underlying papaya, honey, and coriander. Getting a little malty backbone here. Very impressed with the aroma.
Taste: True to smell. Rich soft mouthfeel. Right off the bat you get pineapple and fresh citrus followed by honey comb, mango, and a bit of stem ginger.
Overall: Amazing NE DIPA. I need more of this delicious nectar... I hope this becomes a regular part of their lineup. If you see it, get it. Cheers!
