Copenhagen 13/12 2021. 47,3 cl can from Din Øl web-shop (dinol.dk). A techno version of Da Vinci's the Vitruvian man on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden orange with a mid-sized, bubbly white head. Settles as thin patch of foam floating in the center of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet, fermented, condensed odor mingling with lighter citric notes. Fermented, mango and peach. Mustard and decay. Grapefruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sourish bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Solid, bitter and not too boozy DIPA.

can to snifter.
canned 5/25/21.
Ghost 1013.
LOOK: hazy gold color, haze65%. big frothy off-white head. very good retention. sudsy legs.
AROMA: papaya, palm, grass, cantaloupe.
TASTE: blend of citrus and tropical fruit, tangerine, lemon candy, papaya, a little pineapple. A little earthy, but refreshingly sweet.
FEEL: medium body, sharp upfront carbonation, but a nice tongue coating finish makes for a comforting smoothness.
One of the better brews from Adroit I've had. My first couple were very good, then the last 4-5 I've had have mostly disappointed, but this one is high quality.

Look: Moderate haze, not many particles visible, seems to all be homogenized in the beer. Quite a bit of head. 6-8 SRM.
Smell: Smells lightly of citrus with a little bit of alcohol.
Taste: Quite sweet and citrusy, but not much bitterness or other flavors to counteract the sweetness.
Feel: Medium-heavy body. Light carbonation.
Overall: Just OK, didn't really impress me that much. Not undrinkable by any stretch though.
