L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a yellowish color and a very cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Above average lacing.
S: A very good aroma of hops, citrus fruit, pine, malt, and tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of bit of pine (just enough to make things interesting), a decent amount of tropical fruit (mango, in particular), some citrus fruit (grapefruit and tangerine, especially), and a good shot of hops (not overdone, though). A solidly focused, well-balanced, and fruity flavor. It's a good balance of hoppy bitterness and fruity sweetness.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This is a well done, easy to like DIPA. Worth a look.

A: Hazy variations of yellow. Brighter bumblebee shades into darker coloration of canary. Some specks in suspension along with a good amount of effervescence. Head was pithy, moderate retention.
S: Mellow but assertive if that makes sense. Just a really good balance and play. Sweet citrus akin to a mandarin, pomelo, or tangerine. Fleshier fruits like pears and melon. Mid floral honey sweetness, and light play of pine resin.
M: I drank this relatively fast in under 20 min. It's a testament to how they really hid the alcohol by the carbonation. Perhaps a little heat in the end, but no solvency issue. Body is firm and tight, but it has a supple feel.
T: I guess I just really like this blend of hops (El Dorado, Amarillo, Simcoe, but it just masters the balance between sweet+tart to create something volatile but refreshingly tasty. Flavors consisted of watermelon jolly ranchers, tangerine altoids, spicy ginger pear tart, pine/underripe mango, and soft drink quality blend of sweet/acidic like grapefruit jarritos.

Look: Hazy yellow. Two fingers of foamy white head with good retention.
Smell: Strong pine and citrus hops with a noticeable bitterness on the nose.
Taste: Juicy and fruity, grapefruit in particular. Relatively low bitterness to balance, fading away gently. Light sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Creamy. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Quite a good IPA. Despite the strength, the dry hopping makes for a very aromatic and flavorful beer without puckering bitterness.

16 oz can from Tavour. Hazy, milky pour, golden/ yellow, ring of finely beaded head. Citrusy aroma, oranges, grapefruit peel. Taste comes in juicy, with a nice mouth feel a d a bit of warmth, more citrus, bready malts and light sweetness (seems lacto). Hops provide a lingering tingle on the palate.
