A: Palest of straw; ginger ale watered down by ice. Magnifying glass clarity. Fizzy, short lived head.
S: Masa harina, white corn. Floral hop sweetness. You can smell the sun in this beer.
M: Light, crisp feel. High level of carbonation that only adds to its perception as a sparkling refresher. I prefer a little more fullness that lends to a sexier and slightly softer, well-rounded body. Attenuated beyond belief just a little thin.
T: The malt base is really clean with fresh kernel on the cob flavor, minimally processed. Floral hops and a honey raw dough sweetness. Low bitterness. Somewhat more complex than your typical Genny, maybe with some English ale yeast contributing, but it lacks something for me. I think its a disconnect between the flavor and feel here.
