Our 5th take on this beer - slightly boozy with a rich, roasty flavor, dry finish, and full body. Notes of coffee and dark chocolate, with slight caramel as it warms up.

Copenhagen 27/1 2024. 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh, sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. The can with a somber Skull looks like the cover of the blackest metal record on the shelve.
Pours opaque dark brown with a big beige head. Stable. Settles as thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet of roasted malts mingling with bitter coffee and hints of peat and earthy fumes. Dark, roasted malts, alcohol, toffee and caramel. Tobacco and espresso coffee.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, viscous, fat, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering. Finish is dry.
More Black metal for me.
