The next in line from our EBK series, featuring the same pillowy body, mild bitterness, and juicy hop profile you've come to expect. Reborn features Citra and Galaxy prominently, offering forward notes of Grapefruit, Orange, and Pith, while Ella contributes floral finishing notes.

Can dated 12/22/20 into pint glass. Pours a quite hazy amber-gold with a persistent off-white head. Nice lacing. Initial impression is juicy citrus, pineapple, orange, and caramel. Mouthfel is soft and carbonation is medium. Finish is semi-sweet with very little bitterness. Overall, a tad toward the sweet end of the spectrum for my tastes, but YMMV.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left lots of lacing on the sides of the glass and patches of bubbles that cover most of the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of gooseberry and lychee are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of lime along with notes of lychee and hints of peach.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer lighter in body and easier to drink compared to what I would have expected from an Imperial IPA.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy orange golden pour, small tight creamy head. Sweet, fruity aroma, citrus, orange. Taste features more orange, tangerine with some gin-like dryness, sweet. A bit different from their usual NEIPAs, soft and juicy.

First beer I’ve had from Adroit Theory. Hazy orange, mild lacing. Citrusy smell of orange and grapefruit, floral and dank. Orange and grapefruit tastes, juicy with a bit of dankness and a lightly bitter malty back end. Medium bodied, crisp and clean, slightly dry finish. Since it was a late December canning, I don’t know if it may have faded, but I like that it’s not overly hoppy and juicy, because it has a really nice balance. Glad I ordered more from these guys.
