Adroit Theory is starting to climb my overall ladder. This stout has a rich mocha syrup and similar in profile to Mokasida SS from Alesmith. It has a great chocolate flavor and I would order this stout day after day.

Pours black. Aroma is subtle and a combination of coffee, hazelnuts & chocolate. Taste follows nose but add in some coconut flavor. Smooth mouthfeel. Above average Russian Imperial Stout.

Can. Tan head. Black color.

Roasted, smooth, creamy. Hazelnut makes it a bit nutty. Coffee, but not roasted. Can’t really get the coconut, but there is some sweetness there. Full bodied. Decent adjunct stout.
