Back by popular demand, Science & Sadism features all the hallmarks of an Adroit Theory hazy IPA - creamy mouthfeel, minimal bitterness, and aggressive dry hopping. This IPA is characterized by a relatively complex hop profile, blending citrus forward aromatics and tasting notes with an underlying mix of pine and floral notes.

Can dated 2/19/21 into pint glass. Pours a hazy amber with a persistent off-white head; great lacing. Initial impression is sweet, with juicy pineapple, grapefruit, mango, and caramel. Mouthfeel is soft and medium-sticky. Finish is more citrus and a hint of pine. Overall, a little pricey but probably worth every penny. Life is too short to drink cheap beer.
