Forward notes of Tangerine, Grapefruit, and Pineapple are supported by traces of pine and a flash of finishing bitterness. Pillowy, semi-sweet, and full-bodied.

16oz can picked up at Cheap Charlie's in Gresham, OR
Poured into a Level Belgian-style tulip
O despite the profile coming together more as I drank through it, I wasn't a huge fan of this one; would pass on it in the future

16oz can from Tavour. Murky, hazy pour, straw colored, dried mustard. Aroma is a pleasant hoppy aroma, fruity, malty too. Malts take a nice place in the taste also, light caramel flavors, some citrus. Really tight and creamy and a pleasure like the rest in the series.

This is the second beer from this brewery I am going to try. The first was a stout and it was not particularly to my liking. Hazy IPAs have the been rage lately, shamelessly I have enjoyed quite a few. Some of the beers have been meh and some are outstanding. I have high hopes for this beer. They can the beer on 03/29/2021, a fresh beer. The beer is 44 degrees and served in a tulip glass. The pour created a lovely two-fingered head. The head is frothy and airy with excellent retention. The bright white head tatted lacing on the glass as it dissipated. The color of the beer is SRM 5, pale gold with straw yellow hues. This is a hazy beer. A pleasing appearance for a beer.
Initial aromas in the beer are tangerines, pineapple, and crackers. Nosing further, I detected mangos, guava, honey, floral esters, phenols, wet grass, a touch of dank, grapefruit, and a hint of pine resin. This beer smells fantastic.
The flavors in the beer are tangerine, pineapple, grapefruit rind, pine, crackers, toasted bread, pharmaceutical, danky basement, floral esters, mangos, honey, and subtle earthiness.
The mouthfeel of the beer is astringent and dry.
The mouthfeel of the beer is medium, medium carbonation, and a long lingering finish.
I am perplexed by this beer. I love the aromas in they are phenomenal, yet the flavors do not match. The flavors are astringently harsh. I feel, but I could be wrong this beer comes across as a hybrid and not a true NEIPA. I get a lot of grapefruit rind and pine in the beer. I am not a fan, I think they clash like the titan. Good beer, but it is not for me.
