16oz can from Tavour. Deep golden, murky pour, small, creamy white head. Citrus punch aroma with floral notes. Taste adds elements of stone fruit, dankness and more flowery essence. Thick and creamy. A little alcohol warmth and lingering bite.

Can dated 4/14/21 into pint glass. Pours a murky deep gold with a brief off-white head. Not much lacing going on. Initial impression is a hefty dose of tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, and bready yeasts. Mouthfeel is thick and chewy. Alcohol is reasonably well hidden, but you kind of suspect that perhaps you're drinking something in the double-digit range. Finish is surprisingly clean, and a little sweet. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable DIPA and one that I'd revisit in a heartbeat!

Pale and cloudy, bright yellow body crowned with a thick, creamy, frothy white head. Big tropical fruit smell; banana and pineapple; very faint biscuit scent. The taste is a variation of the smell theme; rich, fruity flavors; peach, papaya, pineapple and grapefruit; more pronounced biscuit presence; citrus tanginess; moderate to heavy hop bitterness. Heavy body; velvety and acidic; moderate boozy warmth; dry overall.
For a triple IPA coming in at 10% ABV, this beer does a fine job of presenting a fruity, citrus-like quality over an alcohol hammer. It is very complex with a healthy dose of tropical fruit character with a nice, low-key bitterness with a chewy, lactose enhances body.
Poured at 56° F; bottom of can info: CANNED ON 04/14/21 HARD MASTER.

Can to snifter.
LOOK:
AROMA: grass, citrus, palm, rum
TASTE: ginger pops out first and lingers on the back of the tongue longest. Some citrus, but more pineapple, guava. Vegetable, Grass, hay and of course more ginger.
FEEL: Sharp with the ginger flavor. light to medium body. below average carbonation for the style. 10% well masked.
Some interesting smells and flavors, but nothing really stands out as excellent. Interesting Triple. Kind of reminds me of the Icarus TIPA that I considering sneaking into the Blind Pumpkin Beer Tasting.
