Copenhagen 16/12 2021. 47,3 cl can from Din Øl web-shop (dinol.dk). A wooden pentagram in a muddy landscape. Some severed heads mounted on sticks. Heartening.

Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized, bubbly white head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.

Aroma is intense with a sweet, fermented fruitiness mingling with bitter, citric fumes. Fermented mango and plums. Grapefruit and lemon. A whiff of mustard.

Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth yet lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a boozy sweet undertone. Lingering. Finish is rather dry.

Quite potent DIPA which manages to hide its impressive ABV fairly well.

From the 16oz can in a snifter via Bluejacket74! Cheers Dude!
This mighty triple IPA pours a hazed straw with a nice head of white
foam that settles to a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and shows some
very nice lacing. Nose of melon (musk), grapefruit, lemon zest, subtle pine,
rich herbal hops, mango, and rich caramel and honey sweet malts. Flavors hit
the perfect note with mango, honey-do melon, caramel malts, honey, herbal
hops, peppery hop notes, light breaded malts, lemon zest, grapefruit, and
light pine touches. Very nice mouth feel; medium body, smooth, medium
light soft carbonation, and a medium dry finish.

Overall---WOW.....starting to love this brewery!

Cheers

16 ounce can, canned on 05/10/2021. Served in a Teku, the beer pours a cloudy gold color with about an inch or so white head that stuck around a while. Lots of lacing, too. Aroma is mainly citrus/tropical fruit, the brew smells like orange, citrus peel, mango, grapefruit, and some bready malt. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some pineapple and light floral/earthy hop flavors. Lingering bitterness in the finish. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good overall brew, worth trying if you get the chance to!

Can dated 5/11/21 into pint glass. Pours a murky gold with a brief off-white head. Great lacing. Initial impression is grapefruit, pineapple, and orange, with a light touch of caramel. Mouthfeel is medium and fairly soft. Alcohol is extremely well hidden. Finish is more citrus, initially with a slight sweetness but fading to an equally slight bitterness in the back of the throat. Overall, another excellent NEIPA (a Triple, according to the label) from Adroit Theory.
(Even if they didn't produce absolutely outstanding beer, I'd probably buy singles just for the can artwork.)
