16 oz can, poured into a nucleated teku at ~40 degrees F.
L: Pours a pretty crystal clear pale apple-cider gold, and forms a few fingers of dense fluffy white head with good retention.
S: Dry leaves, biscuit, cracker, and faint white pepper waft out of the glass.
T: Follows the nose, rather on said nose. The base flavor is crackery biscuit malt, with crumbled dry leaves sprinkled generously atop. A hint of fresh ground white pepper peeks through here and there. By the finish, a soft green apple note emerges, alongside a grassy-herbaceous dry bitterness that nips at the rear sides of the tongue.
F: Fairly light and sparkly, with a bit of a watery breakdown by the finish.
O: Not a bad pilsner. Could stand a little dialing in, but not bad.

16oz can with a date of 06/07/21. Clear pale golden color with a dense two finger head. Pilsner malt and noble hop aromas. The flavor is a little sweeter than I prefer but it is a clean lager. Light malt flavor with a surprising amount of hops in the finish. Light body with nice carbonation. Lively without being harsh or fizzy.

A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of carbonation. It poured with a half finger high bright white head that left a collar around the edge, a thin layer covering the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of grassy and spicy hops are present in the nose along with underlying notes of bready malts.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the malty flavors are a touch stronger and there is also a light amount of bitterness from the hops.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied, crisp and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsner really showcases aromas and flavors of noble hops, although it mellows out a bit as it warms up and the malty flavors become a little stronger.
