Coven, our decidedly delicious + devilish stout, is getting the royal treatment - conditioned on a bed of cacao nibs, toasted coconut, TONS of oreos, and blended with bourbon barrel aged maple syrup. The final product is as decadent and rich as it is desirable; the perfect way to end your night.

S: Fresh roasted coffee hits the nose first, followed by sweet milk chocolate, lots of bourbon and some sweet maple.
T: Roasted coffee, sweet Milky chocolate, a sweet slick Bourbon, followed by some sweet maple syrup.
F: Smooth and slick mouthfeel, large body.
O: A touch sweet but a very enjoyable pastry stout.

Can dated 10/20/21 into pint glass. Pours an inky black with almost no head. What head there is, is dark tan and dissipates quickly. Initial impression is maple, coffee, milk chocolate, and booze. Mouthfeel is thick and creamy-smooth. Alcohol burn is noticeable, but not unpleasant. Finish is semi-sweet, fading to a remarkable resemblance of oreo cookies dipped in bourbon instead of milk. Yum!
