Our Evangelion series continues with the Ramiel edition, maintaining the full, opaque, semi-sweet malt body as the previous releases in the series. Aggressive dry hopping imparts bright forward notes of Pineapple and Tangerine, with slight floral and stone fruit notes through the finish before concluding with a flash of modest bitterness.

Golden honey pour and snownwhite head.
Syrupy sweetness of agave, pineapple, tangerine, and rose. Alcohol can be apparent or blatant. It's very close to a tiki cocktail aroma at times, yet it manages.
Sweet nectarine, dripping cantaloupe, tangerine clouds, ambrosia salad. Slight citrus and sourdough twang, but mostly a sweet fruit salad type beer.
Thick and sticky with full-med body that takes the air out the dole whip fruitiness.
Eh, it's too sweet and sticky with the wrong cocktail notes for me tonight.

A - Pours an opaque dark orange gold color with a massively rocky head. After the foam dies down it leaves sticky webbed lacing on the sides of the glass.
S - Juicy, vinous pineapple dominates the nose along with some hits of tangerine and spicy fruit rind.
T - Spicy pineapple rind, juicy pineapple, some tangerine, and morphs back into pineapple. Ends balanced to a slight leaning towards the sweeter side. There is some alcohol poking through but it doesn't detract from the beer in any way.
M - Thick, chewy, soft textured, and leaves a layer of hops coating the mouth that makes it feel like cotton. Ends bone dry on the back of the tongue.
O - This is rock solid and recommended.
