The series that put us on the IPA map is kicking back off. EBK is a beautifully balanced double IPA, with a soft, pillowy malt body tempered by appropriate finishing bitterness. Bright forward notes of Clementines, Mangoes, and slight Pith swirl together from start to finish to round out each sip.

Growler into pint glass. Porus a bright and very hazy yellow-gold, with a nice off-white head. Initial impression is orange, mango, and grapefruit rind. Mouthfeel is fairly thick but not sticky. Finish is clean and slightly bitter. Overall, an excellent NEDIPA!

A - Opaque dark golden orange color with frothy white, creamy lacing.
S - Mango and citrus on the nose with some resiny pithiness.
T - Juicy, pithy mango, citrus, fruit resin, and tangerine / orange and some light, spicy peppery fruit rind.
M - Big medium to full bodied with a pillowy soft texture.
O - The resiny presence gradually builds with this one and finishes strong.
