[canned 06-10-2022...almost a freshie]
Hazy/Juicy yellow-orange pour. Lingering soapy head and very little lacing. Quite the earthy nose; herbaceous, with just a hint of grapefruit. Not usually enticing to me but this works. Taste is a big burst of passionfruit, followed with some earth, herbaceousness, a distinct peppery note and some moderate bitter. Maintains a nice, smooth, agreeable feel throughout. A VERY subtle note of grapefruit halfway through and in the finish. Passionfruit remains all the way (something that, once you begin to nail, it leaps forward when this strong, and becomes pretty easy to detect even when subtle...thanks Riwaka).
Always enjoy Adroit Theory beers immensely, even when, as in this case, they don't even tickle my palate bias.
