Featuring an updated grist, this iteration of our Kolsch-style ale offers a balance of biscuit and honey malt notes, with extremely subtle spice and stone fruit finishing notes wrapped within a pale golden, crisp, and effervescent body.

Can dated 9/28/22 into pint glass. Pours a clear light honey-gold with a thin off-white head. Good lacing. Initial impression is slightly sweet biscuit and a hint of fruitiness. Medium-bodied with enough carbonation to showcase the taste. Overall, a very enjoyable offering from Adroit Theory in a style that I don't frequently try.
