Our Belgian Stout Aged in Rye Whiskey Barrels. Boozy Aromatics of Caramel, Spice, Vanilla, Woody Tannins. Balanced Bitterness, Belgian Esters, Roastiness, Semi-Dry Finish.

Growler into pint glass. Pours almost black - just a hint of dark brown around the edges if held up to a strong light. No head to speak of. Initial impression is oak, roasted malts, char, and hints of vanilla and dark fruits. Mouthfeel is medium. Finish fades to a rather dry roasty bitterness. Overall, a very enjoyable Stout and one that I'd revisit if given the chance.
