For this rebrew of Death Ronin, we redesigned the recipe from the ground up; and this time as an Imperial At 8.5% ABV, it is one of our most drinkable IPA yet! A crisp pale golden malt body delivers bright notes of orange and grapefruit, with resinous pine carrying through the finish alongside assertive bitterness. Double Dry-Hopped | Centennial | Amarillo | Simcoe.

A - Hazy medium gold with frothy white lacing.
S - Light sticky malt aroma along with some citrus and sticky pine.
T - Citrusy and fruity with some light resiny pine on the back end while still finishing on the sweeter side.
M - Overall texture is thick and sticky for the style with a little bit of warming in the back of the throat.
O - Enjoying this and leaves a really nice resiny coating in the mouth well after the sip.

Can dated 9/28/23 into pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy light honey color with a thin off-white head. Not much lacing. Initial impression is citrus, pine, and a touch of caramel. Mouthfeel is medium and fairly dry. Finish fades to a slightly spicy citrus. An OK but not outstanding West Coast DIPA.
