A: Dark black as it pours and in the glass. a thick dark brown head on top.
S: Not the sugar and caramel bomb I expect from the style. This smells fruity, like blueberry cobbler.
T: Flavor is rich and sweet, with hints of dark berries and smoke. The fact that this isn't cloyingly sweet is interesting.
M: thick feel with light carbonation.
O: This is a puzzler. Sweet, but not overly so, with notes of dark berries, and a hint of smoke. I dig it.

Adroit Theory All That I Have Learned (Ghost 1587) RIS, 16.66% ABV. Pours thick and black, with a persistent ring of brown bubbles that left no lacing. Aroma is light chocolate and caramel. Taste is coffee, chocolate, and caramel, moderately sweet, equally bitter. Mouthfeel is a bit dry. Overall outstanding.

Pours a dense black, with quite the dark tan head.
Smell is roast, tobacco, spice and some fruit. Somewhat standard RIS profile.
Taste is similar, with a certain restrained bitterness, present, but not too strong.
Pretty rich body for the style, but probably necessary with the abv, which isn't very noticeable.
Overall pretty similar to the kernel's, but richer, and with less bitterness.

De OkassionalBeer. En copa Teku. Jugando a Uncharted 2 y 3. Deliciosa RIS en la que llama especialmente la atención como un abv tan elevadísimo (16.66) queda tan bien oculto, quedándose sus más de 44cl cortos. Tiene un ligero dejé metálico que incluso le queda bien

All That I Have Learned (Ghost 1587) – from Adroit Theory. Four pack of 16 fl oz cans purchased from Adroit Theory, Purcellville, VA, on pre-order $ 24.00 (including shipping), $ 0.375 /fl oz. Reviewed 10/09/24 (Review 3354). Note that I use DD/MM/YY protocol.
Undated can. Stored at 34 degrees F at home. Served at 52.3 degrees F in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. The final temperature was 57.3 degrees F.
Appearance – 4.5
First pour – Ruby Brown (SRM 24), Light barely penetrates.
Body – Black (SRM 40), opaque. Under direct light, same. When rear-lite, same.
Head – Large (Maximum five cm, aggressive center pour), wood brown, high density, average retention, leaving a 0.3 cm crown, and a complete rocky cap.
Lacing – Fair. Narrow band of nearly microscopic bubble, with short stalactites. This eventually disintegrates into tiny islands of bubbles.
Aroma – 4 – Dry. Wood and tobacco. No hops, no alcohol (16.66 % ABV, according to the label).
Flavor – 4.5 – Dry and woody with a bit of tobacco, leather, and dried fruit. No alcohol. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl. No gastric warming until about 10 minutes into the snifter.
Palate – 4 – Full; approaching creamy; soft carbonation.
Style: Follows the style guidelines, as condensed by BA.
Final Impression and summation: 4 (After deducting 0.25 point for an undated personal container) Very deceptive! Absolutely no alcohol in either nose or taste – remarkable at 16.66% ABV. Different tastes then the previous RIS I’ve had from them.
