Canned on: ????
A - Dark brown / black pour with thin toffee colored lacing.
S - Dark fruit and an almost dark Belgian candy sugar aroma. Not getting any dark malt base and alot of sweetness on the nose.
T - This is all dark fruit and dark Belgian candy sugar with very little roasted malt presence. After the sip there's residual dark fruit hanging out on the palate.
M - Big silky body with initial warming on the way down but after awhile (like half a can in) the palate adjusts and the heat subsides. This beer leaves a massively sticky marshmallow-like residue on the lips.
O - Pricey for what this beer is. It's more Belgian style than it is Russian.

Djinn (Ghost Djinn) – from Adroit Theory. Four pack of 16 fl oz cans purchased from Adroit Theory, Purcellville, VA, on pre-order $ 28.00 (including shipping), $ 0.438 /fl oz. Reviewed 11/09/24 (Review 3355). Note that I use DD/MM/YY protocol.
Undated can. Stored at 34 degrees F at home. Served at 54.5 degrees F in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. The final temperature was 58.2 degrees F.
Appearance – 4
First pour – Brown (SRM 20), Light barely penetrates.
Body – Black (SRM 40), opaque. Under direct light, same. When rear-lite, same.
Head – Average (Maximum two cm, aggressive center pour), initially tan but wheat as it oxygenates, high density and fizzy, short retention, leaving a 0.15 cm crown fed by aggressive carbonation, and a 1.5 cm center island.
Lacing – None.
Aroma – 4 – Dark fruit. No hops, no malt, no alcohol (12 % ABV, according to the label).
Flavor – 4.25 – Slightly sweet with dried fruit. No alcohol. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl. No gastric warming until about 10 minutes into the snifter.
Palate – 4 – Full; approaching creamy; lively carbonation.
Style: Follows the style guidelines, as condensed by BA.
Final Impression and summation: 4 (After deducting 0.25 point for an undated personal container) Seems a pretty simplistic interpretation coming from Adroit Theory – still, a decent RIS.
