A black as night sipper that tastes as evil as it looks. Slightly boozy with a rich, roasty flavor, semi-dry finish, and full body. Notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and subtle caramel as it warms. Bitterness is perfectly balanced against the malt sweetness for a truly easy drinking "big" beer. Alcohol is virtually undetectable, but it's lurking in the shadows.

Black as night, roasted malt aroma with a hint of caramel, creamy head, rich malt sweetness, followed by roasty flavors with caramel, dark chocolate, and coffee notes, full-bodied, slightly boozy, silky mouthfeel, and a dry, bitter finish.

A: pitch black in body with a dark brown head.
S: caramel and chocolate up front with a dark berry sweetness.
T: rich dark chocolate. This is luscious. Like a velvet couch made of dark chocolate and caramel. Slight sweetness in the finish, perhaps berry.
M: glorious, luxurious, velvety smooth.
O: this is a knock out
