The VOIID series is an opportunity for our brewer (Russ) to experiment with new ideas to reinvigorate, and push our hazy IPAs to new heights. For the fifit batch in this series he continues to focus on finished color in conjunction with the highest level of flaked oats we have ever used in one beer. One of our goals for 2024 is to make a more creamy golden to golden white IPA + Batch 05 continues to use a higher level of oat in our grist, and an additional a change on the length of the boil. This beer also does not contain Lactose like our other Hazies.

Undated can into pint glass. Pours a murky light honey-gold with a thin off-white head. Minimal lacing. Initial impression is sweet citrus, mango, and a hint of pine. Mouthfeel is super soft and juicy. Finish fades to sweet citrus, but offset by a nice subtle bitterness. Overall, a quite drinkable and surprisingly well-balanced TIPA.
