The 6th (and currently, final) release in our Always Killing series (aka AK) is not to be missed! Has our time traveling assassin finally met his match; or is his upside crucifixion a ruse? Only time will tell.
Martyr Edition features the same pillowy, semi-sweet body as the previous 5 iterations with a decidedly tropical citrus fruit forward hop profile. Intense, juicy notes of notes of Gooseberry + Stone Fruit + Passion Fruit; minimal bitterness on the finish.
Double Dry-Hopped | Citra | Nelson Sauvin | Motueka

Canned on: ??????
A - Hazy medium golden orange with a thin, consistent layer of white resting on top.
S - Faded tropical fruit and passion fruit on the nose.
T - Tropical fruit, some spicy tropical fruit rind, passion fruit, berry, and ends on the sweeter side with some lingering fruity spiciness.
M - Pillowy soft with a fairly heavy body for the style and definite warming in the back of the throat.
O - Tastes much better than it smells, the nose falls somewhat shot but the taste makes up for it. I wish Androit Theory would start date stamping their cans. Dig this brewery and a bucket list visit.

Undated can into pint glass. Pours a murky rich honey-gold with a thin off-white head. Not much lacing. Initial impression is juicy tropical fruits, citrus, mango, and a hint of pine. Mouthfeel is super soft and juicy. Finish fades to sweet citrus, but offset by a nice subtle bitterness. Overall, another eminently drinkable and surprisingly well-balanced TIPA from Adroit Theory.
