Thanks to rudzud for this one.

Light fizzy head fades very quickly, very hazy copper auburn color.

Nose is loaded with flowery rose water, Heather, hibiscus, candied hibiscus, sour flower, with a sour cherry, tart flemmy acidic bite, floral vinous notes, sweet candy malt, sour mash I think.

Taste is very sour, super sour, acidic, tart cherry like fruit, gland bursting sourness, with some flowery flavors, little candied hibiscus, tangy flowers, rose water, elder flower and elderberry like tart fruity, hint of toasty oak way on the finish, little vinous note, sweet candy malt sour mash but pretty dry. Finish is a touch flemmy, pretty acidic, tart fruit and sour hibiscus flowers.

Mouth is med bod, little sticky and flemmy on finish but very little, nice carb, quite sour and acidic.

Overall quite nice, very sour nice acidity, flowers come out nicely, tart fruit is nice, very enjoyable.

Shared with JLindros.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a hazy strawberry juice hue with a thin white head that fades to leave a thin blanket. Loads of activity.

S - Aromas of sour funk, cherry, apples, rose water. Really fun herbs.

T - Taste is similar to the nose. Nice sour funk, cherry thanks to the hibiscus. Good tartness, nice heather. Good apple pie spice. Really good funk and nice acidic. Very dry finish with a little flemmy but not nearly as much as one would expect.

M - Mouthfeel is brightly carbonated, not nearly as flemmy as I'd have thought.

O - Overall this beer was a lot more sour than I thought it would be. Nice acid level too. Nice.

Pour is a maroon color with pink edges and a small amount of white head that dissipates immediately. Nose has notes of berries, faint floral aroma, moderate oak, strong acetic acid and plastic smell. Taste is rough, lots of acetic acid, mild plastic, heavy acetic burn, moderate sourness. Faint oakiness, a bit of berry fruitiness, highly carbonated, grainy feel.
