Pours hazy gold. Foamy, medium, off white head lasts a while.
Smells apple, wine, fruit, some funk and light oak.
Tastes apple, wine, light tart and citrus. Followed by light grapefruit, light yeast and oak hints. Finish is dry with a light grapefruit linger. Medium body and fizzy medium carbonation.

A really nice offering here from de Garde, surprisingly fruity, though the extra helping of dry hops explains it, I suppose. Apple, white wine, something vaguely tropical, rather wet/juicy at first sip, but drying up nicely in the finish. Maybe a light oak astringency that actually help combat the fruitiness. Really nice, lightweight body. These guys seem to do it right, and this is just another example of that.

These guys are magicians. Like biting into a granny smith apple that turns into a ruby red grapefruit that turns into a starfruit that turns into an apricot.
