Bottled 11/21.
A clear orange with a rapidly receding white head, this looks solid. The nose has a ripe, mineral rich riesling character with gooseberry, green grape and soft tannins. This complements the funk of the base beer nicely. The palate opens juicy and tart with grape, melon, gooseberry and a really lovely, snappy, mineral rich character. Mild green cardamom spice notes. Drying, tannic finish with a quenching, berry finish. Delightful.

Look: Poured into a goblet glass. A clear golden color with a modest white head that quickly left.
Aroma: I definitely got the Riesling grapes, along with some apple, hay, barnyard funk, and some diesel fuel.
Taste: quite funky with the above notes. Also some Bleu Cheese. The grapes are there throughout but not as prominent. Very mild tartness which compliments the grapes..
Feel: medium bodied and dry. Medium carbonation.
Overall: a very tasty, very funky beer packed with flavor.
