750ml bottle served in a weird little glass at my air B&B. Bought it at de Garde yesterday. Bottled 2/19.
Pours a clear cranberry juice color with an initial head that fades quickly. Moderate carbonation. Smell is tart, grapes and/or cranberry.
Taste is tart and bitter, little sweetness, moderate fruitiness coming across mostly as bitter fruit skins. I can kind of get the grape flavor, but I have to consciously tilt it toward skins and must. Otherwise, it falls to cranberry.
Mouthfeel is light and dry. Overall, it's not bad.
