A-The beer is a light golden-orange color and mostly clear. It doesn't display much in the way of carbonation and the short, white head fades pretty quickly. Lacing is sporadic and minimal.

S-The aroma is a subdued but pleasant mixture of dough, Belgian yeast flavors like bubblegum, and a little bit of pepper and grass. Alcohol is light and fruity.

T-The taste is pretty similar to the smell. A nice Belgian yeast flavor with a little bit of dough, some bubblegum, a bit of white pepper, some straw, and a bit of tree fruit like apple and pear.

M-The feel is a bit heavy for the style with lower levels of mild carbonation.

O-This is a pretty tasty beer. It drinks a bit like a Belgian Pale and it may be a bit heavy and/or sweet for some, but I like it. Nothing mind-blowing or crazy complex, but you get some nice Belgian flavors here. I will drink this again if I get the chance.
