On tap at the brewery; served in a snifter.
A - super creamy off-white head holds excellent retention atop a red-copper ale
S - very earthy nose with spicy rye and rye bread crust
T - earthy and spicy with rye bread, caramel, grapefruit & orange rind, fruity yeast, faint banana esters in the background
M - very creamy and very smooth, full body, exceptionally dry finish
O - as the brewer suggests: marmalade on whole grain (rye) bread. Enjoyable, but I doubt I'd order it again.
