Peppery, citrusy, grassy, and finishes dry. Absolutely delicious, this is my favorite beer Penrose has brewed.

Penrose through and through. Tastes like Proto & Devoir. Yeast character leads the way and a cereal grain. Slightly fruity. Thin body and light.
