Our nod to the summer, a radler blends a bitter grapefruit note with a soft, sweet beer to highlight the refreshing character of this blend. We used Texas Ruby Red Grapefruit with a lightly tart wheat beer for our summer seasonal.

Had on tap. So I'm usually not a huge radler guy outside of lawn mowing beer. But this is a winner. The taste is so tart, juicy, and chock full of ruby red grapegruit it is amazing! Wheat and wit yeast go perfect with it for the snap finish. Smell is more grainy and dry with the grapefruit in the nose. I'm telling you, worth the try, especially in the heat of summer!

Taste: crisp, mild sweetness, grapefruit dry tartness, clean finish. Fresh citrus grapefruit nose. Honey colored, unfiltered, with a white head with nice ring of lattice to lace. Medium body. Good for a hot day. 20 IBUs
