A blend of Foedre aged wild ale and fresh saison refermented with blackberries and jasmine. A rush of blackberry seeds, peach nectar and tangerines finishes with lingering traces of soft oak, inky merlot and jasmine flowers.

Reddish copper murky body, khaki head. Sweet tart blackberry with big flowers, mild barnyard funk, and oak for the smell. Taste as the sweet tart blackberry large up front, then it settles into the rest of the mildly funky and oaky wild ale, floral, peach and grape notes support in the background. Very easy drinking for the style, pleasantly tart and wild, moderately dry, very smooth.

Released 4/23/22; drank 9/5/22 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy purple/orange appearance.
A slow pour yielded a small white head; decent lace.
Tart blackberry, lemon & honeyed grain notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Tart blackberry & lemon flavors up front; black pepper notes on the finish.
Balanced & tasty, if a bit tart overall.
