Foeder-aged saison style ale brewed with African dried lemons and black limes, refermented with blueberries and rhubarb.

Nicely tart, but this also is as tart as a saison needs to get... says me, the traditionalist. I agree with emerge077's styling.
Blue Knit also is well put together and probably the best foedre ale I can remember from Off Color and I've now had 12... albeit very few since Covid came.
While Blue Knit Looks more like a cider, I'm Smelling a lemon-lime ale. The rhubarb further tarts the Taste and the blueberries round it out. A lingering balanced finish that is semi-dry to dry. Refreshing and intriguing.
Glad I bought a 4-pack at The Mousetrap.
I'm a big fan of Off Color with 90 uniques on BA in five years and over 160 total on UnTappd in 30 months. I prefer their juicy ales, but if all their tart ones are as balanced as Blue Knit... then I have been missing something.
