Pours golden with an orange hue and a white head. Aroma offers some spice from the yeast, some fruity esters, green grape skins, melon, a touch of pear, and a strong sweet breadiness from the malt. Flavor followed suit but with the addition of a welcomed finish of some grassy hops that offer a mild bitterness in the finish. A crisp, medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, a very nice imperial saison here. Would definitely drink again.
