Type: 10-oz. draft (I think)
Glass: Wine glass
From: Choice City Butcher & Deli in Fort Collins, Colo.
Price: $6.50
Purchased: April 18, 2015
Consumed: April 18, 2015
Misc.: N/A
Poured a caramel, orange color with 2-to-3 fingers of off-white rocky head when I got it. Light bubble streams coming up from the bottom of the glass. Good amount of layered, wavy lacing on the sides of the glass. Good retention. (Sight - 4.00)
Smelled boozy bourbon, kiwi, green grapes and light sour fruit. (Smell - 3.75)
Tasted much better than the nose, getting caramel, honey, bourbon, green grapes and kiwi. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Oily-to-creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, boozy, warming finish. (Feel - 3.75)
A pretty decent beer, but not fantastic. Just too boozy overall. (Overall - 3.75)
