22oz bottle served in a snifter. Dated 12/10/18, I think. I got it from Tavour.
Pours black with a small brown head and little carbonation. Smell is chocolate and roasted malt and yeast.
Taste is very sweet, chocolate cake. It's good if you like sweet, but it's lacking in a bitter counterpart if you like me. So, if you want a chocolate milkshake beer, here it is.
Mouthfeel is thick and pleasing. Overall...I like it, but it's too sweet for me to buy it again unless I was trying to hook a friend on it. One thing I'll say for it, it masks 13% surprisingly effectively.
