On tap at the Good Life in Massapequa, LI... In a tulip, yellow gold body, clear, with a finger of white head atop... Aromas of sweet pale fruit, like banana and pear... On the tongue more soft fruitiness, sweet not bitter nor tangy... Medium-bodied and smooth... A nice beer but nothing special as tripels go...

Appearance: golden yellow in color with a 1/4" head that breaks quickly.
Smell: yeast and grass are the main aromatics.
Taste: grassy malt base with a bit of lemon zest, a bit of peppery yeast, and a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Crisp to start, less crisp at the finish.
Overall: a decent belgian tripel that is easy to drink.

Okay tripel. Yeast is more tart than fruity. Inoffensive but not as good as others I've tried.

Pours a light golden color into a taster at Burial Beer Co. You get some nice Belgian funk from the yeast in the nose followed by the banana aroma. Not overly sweet with a nice banana finish.

Had on tap. The taste was fine, had a nice grassy front with some lemon and hops, but felt weird with tripel yeast and malts. This strange pairing was more evident on the nose. I like the thinking, but it needs some refinement.
