Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is an amber-caramel coloring, with a halo of off-white head. Nose of Belgian yeast and funk, caramel sweetness, candy apple, and roasted notes. Flavors are tangy sweet forward, with a sugary caramel backbone, subtle roasted notes, and hints of farmhouse funk. Light and crisp in mouth, with a fruity, funky aftertaste. The finish is dry and light, with a fruit linger.
