Beautiful pink straw with a bubbly head that disappears after settling. Soft raspberry jam nose, some funk from the Belgian yeast. Effervescent mouthfeel, bubbly in my mouth. Beautiful jammy taste, some clove, funk, peach.
I knocked it on it's mouthfeel but really a very well made beer.

Had on tap. Mostly clear amber, high carbonation visible, white head. Super herbal and leafy nose accented by honey, raspberry, and belgian yeast. Taste rounds out the same flavors to a very much appreciated balance, less sweet than nose. Almost like a herbal tea of some sort in a belgian blonde. Feel is thinner and more juicy, but this fits the vision so it works for me
