Appearance - Pours somewhat murky burnt caramel color with a thin white head that dissipates very quickly.
Aroma - The rose hips and hibiscus come out right away, there is also a good amount of saltiness in the aroma. The oak is very light but noticeable as well as a light funk.
Taste - Big blast of rose hips and sea salt, a light floral flavor come in right after along with a slight floral flavor.
Feel - Light bodied well carbonated a slight syrupy finish.
Overall - A really well done gose, rose hips works very well with the salt.

I'm not a connoisseur of goses, but The Ocean Swallows the Sun is one of the finest I've ever had. The hibiscus and rose hips smell tremendous, and they impart a delicious fruity, floral aroma to the taste as well. The sea salt is well-balanced and nicely contrasts the floral notes.
