This is an excellent Belgian Quad. It poured a beautiful deep ruby color. Aroma and flavor was full of dark fruits...plum, cherry, and raisin. The body was a perfect balance of sweet malt and carbonation which gave the beer a nice full finish without being to cloying. Another fantastic offering from Burial!
